Yoni Pearl : Serious Side Effect of ''Virginal Detox"

Recently, I’ve had thousand of People asking me about yoni pearls. Is it safe? Does it really work ? Can I recommend it ?

As a blogger, can I recommend to readers ? I haven't even heard of yoni pearls, so I did some searching in other to find out more.

Below is what I found out about Yoni Pearls.

1. What are yoni pearls?
Yoni pearls are usually advertised as a vaginal detox or vaginal cleanse.

They contain multiple herbs wrapped in small net cloth “gems” or “pearls.” People use them by inserting them into the vagina, sometimes for over 24 hours.

People who sell yoni pearls claim that they treat a variety of health concerns.

These include “toxin buildup” from menstrual products or past sexual partners, yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis (BV), and even fibroids and cysts.

Unfortunately, the truth is a bit more complicated.

2. Isn’t cleaning my vagina a good thing?
Actually, no.

Dr emphasized that there is no reason to “detox” your vagina or uterus. In fact, your vagina is self-cleaning!

Trying to change your natural vaginal environment will probably lead to more harm than good. Vaginas naturally have some bacteria in them—and this is a good thing! This bacteria actually protects your vagina from harmful infections and balances the pH.

When you try to “detox” your vagina (like with yoni pearls or vaginal douches), you’re killing this good bacteria. This eliminates your body’s natural defenses and throws your vagina’s bacterial balance out of whack.

3. Are yoni pearls safe?
No. Leaving things in your vagina for long periods of time is dangerous. Bacteria can build up on the objects, leading to a rare but very dangerous medical condition called Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).

You’ve probably been warned not to leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours because it could lead to TSS. But people selling yoni pearls recommend leaving them in for 24-72 hours, which is way longer! This is dangerous and could possibly lead to not only TSS, but also pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).

Plus, the roughness of the mesh cloth might scratch your vaginal wall (ouch!) and could lead to chronic irritation.

4. I’ve seen the photos of the discharge after using the pearls. Isn’t that a sign that they work?
Unfortunately, no. In the photo testimonies for yoni pearls, the thick grey discharge is labeled as a sign that it worked. But in reality, foul-smelling discharge that’s green, grey or yellow can be a sign of an infection. It’s not a sign that the yoni pearls worked, but that they irritated your vagina and may have even led to an infection.

The yoni pearl’s mesh cloth can introduce new bacteria to your vagina.

As the yoni pearl sits in your vagina, the new and old bacteria grow.

Vaginal discharge may build up. This can cause extra discharge and a foul smell. (If you’ve ever forgotten to take out a tampon for a day or two, you know what we’re talking about.) It can also lead to TSS or PID, as we mentioned above.

Another common side effect is cramping. When there’s something inside your vagina or uterus that your body thinks shouldn’t be there, the uterus contracts and tries to push it out. This is similar to a period, when the uterus is pushing out the blood and tissue. These contractions can cause painful cramps.

So, when you leave a yoni pearl inside your vagina for a long time, you may experience cramps as your body tries to push out the yoni pearl.

5. I did my research and the herbs in the ingredients have medicinal uses.

What’s the difference?
Natural herbs have been used as medicines for years. Even today, many primary ingredients in medications are made from plants and herbs.

However, just because they work when they’re swallowed or applied in skin creams (in specific, controlled doses) does NOT mean that they’re safe or effective when used in other ways (like inside your vagina).

Plus, yoni pearls have not been approved by the FDA. This means that we can’t be completely sure what’s actually in them.

6. I’m still concerned about my vaginal health. What should I do?
If you’re worried about your vaginal health, talk to a health care provider.

They can answer any questions you have about what’s normal and what’s not, and let you know if there’s anything you should be concerned about.

Keep in mind that…

Your vagina should smell like a vagina, NOT a flower.
Having some vaginal discharge is completely normal.

The color and consistency of it actually tells us about our vaginal health. Discharge that is clear or white and has the consistency of an egg yolk is completely healthy, and the majority of people experience it during ovulation every month.

To keep your vaginal biome healthy and balanced, don’t use douches or soap inside your vagina. Instead, use unscented soap on your outer labia (the part that grows pubic hair), and let water run over the rest..

What your own experience about Yoni Pearls???

U.S. coronavirus cases top 100,000 the highest number in the world.

Corona-virus cases in the United States topped 100,000 on Friday, the highest number in the world.

While Reuters put its tally at 100,040, world meters .info estimated the U.S. cases at 100,514.

Italy is second with 86,498 and China is third with 81,340.

According to world meters.info, U.S. death toll also jumped to 1,546.

On Friday 251 deaths were reported.

The record corona-virus figures being logged in the hospitals across the U.S. made Wall Street stocks tumble on Friday.

This ended a massive three-day surge as doubts emerged about the fate of the U.S. economy.

U.S. stocks tumbled, even after the House of Representatives approved a $2.2 trillion aid package – the largest in American history.

The package is meant to help people and companies cope with an economic downturn caused by the corona-virus outbreak.

It is also meant to provide hospitals with urgently needed medical supplies.

“We have still not fully understood the degree of the economic impact,” warned Massud Ghaussy, senior analyst at Nasdaq IR Intelligence in New York.

Many investors see a strong risk the market could fall deeply again as corona-virus infections increase and more people die.

“Next week will depend on what happens over the weekend,” said Lindsey Bell, chief investment strategist at Ally Invest.

“If there is a major acceleration over the weekend of corona-virus cases in New York and other states and the hospital system continues to get jammed up, then I think it will be a rough week for the market.”

Persistent Bad breath could lead to gum disease if unchecked – Dentist

Image result for bad breath

A Dentist, Dr. Innocent Osazuwa, on Wednesday, said persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum disease.

He told NAN: “gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on the teeth caused by bacteria.

“Bacteria causes the formation of toxins which irritates the gum and if gum disease continues untreated, it can damage the gum and the jawbone.”

The dentist said that bad breath, also called ‘halitosis’, could be embarrassing and in some cases might even cause anxiety.

He added that “bad breath is often caused by a buildup of bacteria in your mouth that causes inflammation and gives off a noxious odor.

“Cleaning between teeth daily once a day is very important.

“This helps to remove plaque and food particles from between the teeth and under the gum line too.

“Tooth decay-causing bacteria still linger between teeth, where toothbrush bristles cannot reach.”

He explained that brushing the teeth twice a day with a soft-bristle brush and replacing the toothbrush every three or four months would help to eliminate bad breath.

He noted that the symptoms of bad breath vary, depending on the source or the underlying cause.

According to him, some people worry too much about their breath even though they have little or no mouth odor, while others have bad breath and do not know it.

He said the causes of bad breath include food, poor dental hygiene, use of tobacco products, the lack of balanced diet, wrong medications, dry mouth and the lack of drinking water.

He advised anyone with such a problem to see a dentist for treatment.

Health Benefits of Avocado to World

Avocado Fruit  is one of the best delicious and satisfying foods in the world, and its also a power house super food so far and scientifically known as  Persea americana.

This fruit is prized for its high value of nutrient and is added to various dishes due to its good flavor and rich texture. It is the main ingredient in guacamole.

Avocados are one of the most rich, delicious, and satisfying foods in the world. But as a health blogger, I am super happy to share the report than an avocado is a  nothing but a super food filling fruit.

One study out this year found that regular avocado eaters have higher intakes of fiber, vitamins E and K, magnesium and potassium–pretty darn impressive! I eat avocado in at least one meal each day, and I love how versatile they are for cooking (more on that below), but there's also more health-related news to share.

Here are the  avocado health benefits to the world

They boost satiety:

Eating good fats helps to slow stomach emptying, which keeps you fuller longer and delays the return of hunger. Avocados, which provide about 22 grams of fat each (mostly as heart healthy monounsaturated fatty acids, or MUFAs), certainly fit the bill. The addition of half of an avocado to meals resulted in a significant boost in self-reported satiety and a reduced desire to eat for up to five hours.

 Waist whittlers

According to a recent survey, Americans are still fat-phobic, probably due to the notion that eating fat makes you fat. But the truth is eating the right types of fat is actually a savvy weight-loss strategy. In addition to upping satiety, plant-based fats like avocado provide antioxidants and fight inflammation, which have both been linked to weight management. That may be why recent research revealed that regular avocado eaters weigh less and have smaller waists, even without eating fewer calories.

 Protect your ticker

The MUFAs in avocados have been shown to slash "bad" LDL cholesterol, and up "good" HDL levels–a double whammy effect that helps to lower the risk of heart disease, the #1 killer of both men and women. Avocados are also a source of potassium, a nutrient that helps reduce blood pressure by acting as a natural diuretic to sweep excess sodium and fluid out of the body, which relieves pressure on the heart and arteries (bonus: that also means avocado is a natural de-bloater!).

Nutrient boosters

Enjoying avocado at mealtime can help your body absorb more antioxidants from other healthy foods. Another recent study found that pairing avocado with tomato sauce and carrots boosts absorption of the veggies' vitamin A, a key nutrient needed for healthy skin, vision, and immunity.

Donald Trump Announced Plans To get Rid of HIV by the year 2030

Trump says HIV will be defeated in the US by 2030

President Donald Trump has announced plans to rid the US of new transmissions of HIV by the year 2030. He made this known during his 2019 State of the Union address.

Government scientist have been working for months on ways to prevent spread of the disease by working to provide better treatment for those already infected.

“In recent years we have made remarkable progress in the fight against HIV and AIDS,” Trump told the nation.

“Scientific breakthroughs have brought a once-distant dream within reach. My budget will ask Democrats and Republicans to make the needed commitment to eliminate the HIV epidemic in the United States within 10 years.”

“Together, we will defeat AIDS in America and beyond,” the president said.

The U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary, Alex Azar II, described the project’s goals by stating that if the plan succeeds, the United States will,

“become a country where the spread of HIV has been effectively halted, because every American with HIV/AIDS is receiving treatment and every American at risk for HIV is engaged in the right, proven prevention strategy,” Azar said.
